802.1Q VLANs

Serverul este selectat din depozit si adus in zona de asamblare impreuna cu restul componentelor necesare in configuratia comandata.

Aici serverul este verificat si curatat profesional. Urmeaza montarea cu atentie a componentelor si pornirea sistemului. Se instaleaza absolut toate componentele din configuratie. Procesoarele sunt instalate cu atentie in socket-uri si acoperite cu pasta termica termica Arctic MX-2

Memoriile sunt instalate tinand cont de modul corect de populare al canalelor de memorie recomandat de producatorul serverului.

Se monteaza hard disk-urile si ssd-urile in caddy pentru a fi montate in bay-uri. Se monteaza eventualele placi de extensie PCI sau LOM-uri.

Se porneste serverul, se reseteaza BIOS-ul si sistemul de management al serverului. Se urmareste realizarea unui POST fara erori sau alerte. Dupa POST, se trece la realizarea update-ului de firmware pe intreaga platforma, folosing cele mai recente  biblioteci de firmware puse la dispozitie de producatori.

Dupa ce s-a relizat actualizarea de firmware se face test complet al configuratiei folosind sofurile integrate in server, pentru a asigura o buna functionalitate a intregului ansamblu.

Daca toate testele se realizeaza fara erori se trece la ambalarea sistemului. Pentru impachetare folosim cutii de carton realizate special pentru servere a.i sa fie cat mai apropiate de cutiile originale. Serverele sunt protejate in cutie folosing confectii din spuma de polipropilena si alte elemete pentru umplerea golurilor. In felul acesta ne asiguram ca sistemul ajunge la tine in cele mai bune conditii.
