Payment Methods



Produsele se pot achita prin:

  1. Cash on delivery payment in the case of carrier delivery: the products are paid to the courier along with any delivery fees (only for delivery in Romania).
  2. Bank Transfer: we will generate a proforma invoice that is sent by email to the client. Delivery will be made only after payment confirmation (appearance of the payment in the banking system).
  3. Online payment by bank card
Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code).
No additional transaction fees are charged.
Card data is processed exclusively on PlatiOnline and Netopia servers.

For card payments, the transaction will appear on the account statement with the name “itStoc”.

Choose the card payment option from Netopia and you can pay in a maximum of 12 interest-free installments through the following cards.

Online card payment instructions

Choose the products and add them to the cart. Fill in the billing and delivery details. Choose the delivery method. In the PAYMENT section, select Online payment with debit or credit card (Netopia).

You will be directed to the page below.

Enter the required data in the empty fields (card number, cardholder name, card expiration date and CVV code).

The CVV2/CVC (CARD VERIFICATION CODE/VALUE) code consists of 3 digits and can be found on the back of the card:

After entering the data, the processor will identify the issuing bank and generate a box from which you can choose the number of installments you want. If this box does not appear, it means that the type of card used is not accepted for installment payments.
