You can cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving the product.
Send an email to vanzari@itstoc.ro with the subject “return request” and include: name, phone number, invoice series and number, date of product receipt, product name, and optionally the reason for return.
Within 2 working days you will receive a response to your return request.
Send the product by courier to: Str. Modestiei 69, Sector 1, Bucharest – SC Remig Pres Serv SRL – RETURNS, including a copy of the invoice.
2. Refund and Costs
Products returned according to the conditions will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the package.
Payment is made by bank transfer to the account you indicate if you paid by cash on delivery, or to the card used if you paid by card, within 30 days (depending also on your bank’s policies).
Only the value of the product is refunded; shipping costs are not reimbursed.
ATTENTION! Products returned that are part of orders made through the site configurators (Server Configurator, Workstation Configurator, CTO – Configure To Order) are subject to a 10% fee of the returned product value. This fee covers the costs of assembly, testing, and software updates of the delivered products.
3. Conditions for Accepting Returns
The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and original documents.
If the product came with bonuses/gifts, these must also be returned; otherwise, their value will be deducted from the refund.
The product must not show visible signs of use.
The package must be packed to protect the product and original packaging during transport.
Certain products (consumables, cartridges, batteries, software licenses, warranty extensions) can only be returned if sealed.
4. Products Not Accepted for Return
Products brought in via special order.
Packages sent without prior notification, damaged due to improper packaging, or sent cash-on-delivery.
